BAYRAKTARLAR Motor Vehicles Trade and Industry Company was established in 1972. Today’s production plant was formed as FARBA Automotive Lighting and Plastic Plants in 1979 with the CIBIE Projectors license. Today it produces headlamps, indicator and brake lights under many licenses as well as plastic items like blinds. The factory consist of 28.000 m2 open and 18.000 m2 closed factory area and currently employs 360 people. With a single shift it has a total annual capacity of 2.780.000 headlamps and 2.600.000 indicator, brake lights and plastic items. |

Production continues today with computerization from manufacturing to quality control. Optimal efficiency and quality obtained from the workforce and the individual production units means that it can be flexible and adapt to the chancing needs of the automotive sector. Quality control and the R&D departments contain equipment unparalleled in Turkey and new product design is done with the most up to date CAD-CAM technology and produced with CNC equipment. |
